The SPIGA is a familiar guest house that guarantee privacy, hospitality and cleanliness in its managment to all the guests. You will also be very independent as we will give you the keys of the automatic outside gate and of the room so that you can have access at any time of the day and of the night. It is necessary always to contact the owners to inform the arrival time, to let them to welcome you and give you the keys, as they not live in the structure, they are not always there.

There are three rooms, all very spacious; one is to the ground floor (with private bath) and the oteh two to the first floor (with bath to share ). The furishing is simple and functional; all the rooms are provided with warming and tv colours. Room's cleanliness every morning. Crib for children from 0 to 3 free years to request. The breakfast is not served but near the rooms there are 2 bar/pastry shop

The SPIGA offers a staying especially recommended for those who want to visit the town without car park problems (there is a private car park). Florence is at just few kilometres as well as Enrico Caruso’s Villa and Park , Medicee Villas of Artimino eandPoggio a Caiano, Montelupo famous for its medieval potterages , Vinci the town where Leonardo born, Rucellai’s Villa and Montalvo Villa.
